Custom Truck Tray Bodies

BigEng supplies high-quality truck tray bodies, custom-built to fit your vehicle and operational needs. We offer both steel truck trays for maximum strength and aluminium truck trays for a lightweight alternative. All trays are built to Australian standards. We can also perform modifications and blue-plate your vehicle to standard. Our bodies are blasted, primed and painted in a 2-pack industrial paint and fitted with LED side lights as standard. All our floors are fully welded and sealed.

Ring feeders and Towbars

BigEng offers a range of add-on services for your truck body. We can supply and fit various ring feeders, tow bars, Bartlett balls, air-glide tow bars and gooseneck balls to suit your application. We have qualified Authorised Officers accredited to approve Heavy Vehicle Code Modifications in-house. Our team hold qualifications in heavy vehicle modification codes including S10 rating, so we are your one stop shop. Our specialized team can carry out the modifications and then approve and plate the work that has been completed to ensure your truck is compliant with regulations.
